School of Nursing, AHPs and Midwifery: belong, grow, contribute

We aim to offer learners exciting opportunities for career growth and development, and our focus is on providing a supportive and collaborative environment for all. Whether you experience development and support from the School as an undergraduate learner or as part of your continuing professional development, we want all our learners to feel a sense of belonging, community, commitment and support.

The School of Nursing, AHPs and Midwifery would like to develop a dynamic, high-quality learning environment for students. The aim is to set up new, innovative models of interdisciplinary clinical learning and teaching.

Clinical induction

All patient-facing, non-medical practitioners in bands 2 to 8a must attend clinical induction when they begin working at University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB).
