Rheumatology referrals: making an appointment
Routine appointments
Please write to one of the consultants or "the consultant rheumatologist". When patients are offered an appointment the system allows them to attend the earliest available consultant, which may not be the one to whom the letter is addressed.
Urgent appointments
Please telephone or fax the department or one of the consultants directly.
