An apple tree outside QEHB

Apple Day 2018

Story posted/last updated: 11 October 2018

As a celebration of Apple Day, on Monday 22 October staff, patients and visitors are invited to visit the orchards and woodland walk at QEHB.

Visitors will be given a tour of the orchard and the opportunity to press your very own apple juice.

The space can be enjoyed all year round but if you have any ideas or would like to discuss events or other activities that could be on offer, visit the team for a chat.

You can even bring along your own home-grown apples to have them identified.

Tours and walks will take place between 10:00 and 14:00 on October 22 – it is advisable you wear suitable clothing and footwear in case of any inclement weather.
