Best in Care Awards

Best in Care Awards 2015

Story posted/last updated: 07 April 2015

The search is on for UHB’s shining stars with nominations now being sought for this year’s Best in Care awards.

Now in their seventh year, the Awards aim to recognise those who go above and beyond in order to provide outstanding care to patients or those who provide exceptional support to the teams who do.

With the generous support of our charity, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity, the Awards give us the opportunity to thank those who deliver excellent care, live and breathe the values of the Trust and demonstrate compassion, enthusiasm and devotion to our patients.

There are 14 categories celebrating the variety of ways staff, members, volunteers and QEHB Charity supporters contribute to providing the best in care.

So if there’s an individual or a team that you feel deserves to be celebrated, show your gratitude by nominating them for one of these very special awards.

Anyone can nominate and nominating is easy. The finalists and some of those who nominate them will be invited to a glittering awards ceremony in October where the worthy winners will be announced.

Nominations close Thursday 31 July 2015 and a full list of categories can be found on the website (see below).

To make your nominations either complete a nomination at the Information Desk in the atrium at the QEHB, visit our website (see below) or contact us at:
