Bus service extended to QEHB

Story posted/last updated: 10 October 2016

Diamond Bus Company will be extending the 142 bus service to QEHB from Monday 31 October.

The service currently runs between Stourbridge and Halesowen via Hasbury, however improvements to the service will be made giving patients staff and visitors a new direct link to these parts of the Black Country.

From Halesowen, the 142 service will follow the route of the Hanson's 004 service from Halesowen to Harborne High Street (via Mucklow Hill).

The service will then serve the Tesco supermarket on Ridgacre Road in Quinton, and will then continue onto Harborne High Street.

In Harborne, the service will complete the high street, turning right at the Green Man and onto to QEHB.

The new 142 route will operate a 30-minute service from Stourbridge to QEHB, Monday to Saturday. There will be no service on Sundays.

For more information and news on the route, please visit the Diamond Buses website.
