On 4 February 2020, the final report was published following from the Paterson Independent Inquiry chaired by the former Bishop of Norwich, Rt Rev Graham James.

The independent review carried out by Sir Ian Kennedy in response to concerns around Ian Paterson’s practice at the former Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust was published on 19 December 2013.
