Visiting times suvey

We are currently reviewing visiting times across our hospitals and are keen to listen to your views.
It is worth noting that any visiting times restrictions would not apply to carers supporting the care of a patient during their hospital stay, those visiting a patient at the end of their life or those visiting in other difficult or distressing circumstances.
All information from this survey will be gathered anonymously, treated confidentially and will not affect your ongoing treatment in any way.
