The Norman Power Centre (NPC) volunteers
As with the current care provided at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB), dignity team volunteers will be available on site Monday to Friday providing support around meal times and to assist with arranged activities, among other responsibilities.
A welcoming volunteer will be available from Monday to Friday to support staff at the reception, and ensure relatives are able to navigate around the building. A ward volunteer will also be present at the weekend.
