- Our pre-assessment waiting times have improved, providing an efficient service
- Clinical staff listen well, and deliver relevant information to patients

- We are consistently reviewing and improving signage based on patient suggestions
- The outpatient corridor now has a new wheelchair area. More wheelchairs are being ordered to ensure our patients are transported comfortably
