We’re doing this well
- Staff are friendly, understanding and patient
- Prompt and efficient service – the Anticoagulation Team in particular
We’re working on this
- We are working to reduce waiting times in the Ophthalmology Department following feedback received through the Friends and Family Test. In the meantime, we are providing pagers for patients to use so they can move freely around the hospital whilst they wait
- We are also increasing the frequency of tea trolley visits to each area to provide more opportunities for refreshments
