The Booking Centre
The Booking Centre plays a huge role in organising a majority of the outpatient appointments within the Trust and offers a friendly and helpful service between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

The centre offers a wide range of services connected to arranging patients appointments in both a new and follow-up capacity for various specialties across the Trust.
Working towards "Choose and Book" targets, we are committed to giving each patient a choice in their appointment date and time.
Clinics are booked no more than six weeks in advance. By introducing choice for outpatient appointments, we not only aim to significantly reduce missed appointments and clinic re-scheduling, but ensure that patients are placed at the centre of the service that we provide.
* Please note that Booking Centre phones are quieter in the afternoons, so you may wish to call after 12:00.
