CyberKnife Team

Your CyberKnife treatment plan will be developed by our dedicated planning team, checked by expert clinical scientists, prescribed by our experienced consultant oncologists and delivered by our specialist teams of radiographers.

At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) you will benefit from the knowledge and expertise of our whole clinical team including:

  • consultant radiologists (specialists in medical imaging who are subspecialists in particular anatomical sites)
  • consultant histopathologists (specialists in the study of tissue samples)
  • consultant surgeons (so all treatment options are considered for you)
  • clinical nurse specialists
  • medical physicists
  • clinical technologists
  • computer scientists

Many of our consultants work for both the Trust and the University of Birmingham. This relationship means we lead ground-breaking clinical trials and pioneer developments in cancer treatment.

To speak to a radiotherapy specialist, please see the CyberKnife contact page.
