Medicines Formulary
The Joint Formulary is produced under the auspices of the Medicines Management Advisory Group of University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) and Birmingham CrossCity Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
The aim of the formulary is to encourage safe, rational and cost-effective prescribing, and to have a unified choice of treatment for patients in the South Birmingham area to ensure seamless transition of care for patients between the acute hospital trust(s) and general practice.
