Haemtrack
Haemtrack is a useful online app for those of you who take treatment at home, either collected from pharmacy or delivered by home delivery service.
Haemtrack enables us to monitor any bleeding issues you have. It is a requirement from NHS England that it is used to qualify anyone to be put forward for extended half-life treatment or Hemlibra. It is also a good evidence tool to print off and accompany any PIP/benefit applications. We strongly encourage you to use this as recommended by NHS England.
