Quality Account and reports
The Trust's official Quality Account for 2020/21 is available below and provides an update on progress made towards the seven quality improvement priorities for 2020/21:

|Priority 4||Reducing harm from falls|
|Priority 5||Timely treatment for sepsis|
|Priority 6||Freedom to Speak Up|
|Priority 7||Timely medical review|
Performance has been reviewed and new targets set where appropriate. The report also contains performance data for a selection of Trust and specialty-level quality indicators.
For 2021/22, the Trust has decided to keep one of the above quality improvement priorities and add five new ones:

|Priority 2||Improving VTE prevention|
|Priority 3||Improving ward rounds|
|Priority 4||Improving diabetes management|
|Priority 5||Improving nutrition and hydration|
|Priority 6||Improving the safety of invasive procedures|
The Trust's quality accounts for previous years are also provided below for reference.
