The Kenrick Centre
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) Physiotherapy service provides physiotherapy expertise at the Kenrick Centre, Harborne. This is a 32-bed off-site unit and is run as a joint partnership between QEHB, Birmingham City Council and Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
Patients can be discharged directly from QEHB to the Kenrick Centre for a period of up to six weeks. The aim of this service is to enable patients to regain their functional independence in order to live as independently as possible within the community.
