The Trust receives feedback in a variety of ways and acts on the feedback received to improve the patient and visitor experience at our hospitals.
Feedback is received via the patient experience surveys, such as the Friends and Family Test, the PALS team, Patient and Carer Council members and informal conversations with members of staff.
Positive feedback is shared with the relevant members of staff and where possible, good practice is shared across the Trust.
Areas for improvement are investigated and changes are made. See below for some positive changes which have taken place at UHB as a result of feedback.
